Refund Policy

1. Match fee

The match fee is paid only after a tutor is hired following a demo class. If the tuition is cancelled by the guardian within the first 7 days of classes, TutionZone refunds the match fee in full or arranges a replacement tuition — the tutor chooses.

2. Verified Badge

Badge subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. If a payment was verified by mistake or charged twice, the extra amount is refunded within 7 working days.

3. How to request a refund

Message us from the Contact page or call +880 1XXX-XXXXXX with your Tutor ID and the bKash / Nagad transaction ID. Refunds are sent to the same number the payment came from.

4. Guardians

Guardians never pay TutionZone — the salary is paid directly to the tutor, so there is nothing to refund on our side.
